go to http://www.robinwood.com, robin has an awesome t shrit template that is downloadable there, since you intend to ad your own logos and such, that's a great (and free!) way to get what you need. Bear in mind, even though the template is free, do not confuse with "cheap". The t shirt provided in the template is top notch, and, there's also a tutorial if you need any help in designing t shirts.

I'm looking for a higher quality layered texturing, and a unique design... something that goes beyond my PSP skill level. Willing to pay for what I need.
