Lake Cyan is looking for a few reliable real estate agents to help fill our houses on the Lake Cyan sim!
Here is what the job entails:
*Work your OWN hours; as long as you are bringing in renters we don't care when or how long you work
* Going out and finding people (newbies especially) who are looking for an amazing sim to live on
*Convincing them that the houses are are worth it and letting them know about the extras to living on Lake Cyan
*Showing the houses to the renters and helping them with questions
*Committing to filling the houses on a short term contract since we are on a time schedule to get them filled
*Putting up notices on the forums at secondlife.com and xstreet as well as finding other forums and blogs to add information too.
*Working closely with DIllon Nicholls and I on bringing attention to the sim
PAY:
You will be paid a weekly amount of 500L as well as a 25% commission on the initial rental payment on all new renters you bring into the sim. SO, convincing them to rent for more than one week is well worth it and we are running a rent three weeks get one free promotion that you can utilize to your benefit! The more houses you fill the more money you make on top of your weekly 500L- just like RL.
You can work out of the LAKE CYAN office and hold meetings with renters there and use it freely for your work station.
We will help you with all the initial information and training
Please let us know if you are interested ASAP cause we have a very short time to fill the houses we have left as well as the few carts we need rented.
This is a CONTRACT postion meaning a short-term job but if we see you do a killer job we will hire you on full time with better pay and different payment options. We will also be looking for a sim manager.
