I'm not a noob. I been playing for about 1 month. I'm looking for a job. Not sure if I like the idea of being a stripper/dancer. But contact in game =)

Being a dancer myself I have to say that all Strippers are dancers, BUT not all dancers are strippers. I can't vouch for all clubs but the ones I've worked in there was no pressure to strip. I've seen other dancers stripped down completely with there tip jar at 150 L$ and right next to them another dancer in a skimpy outfit yes, but naked, no with 500 L$ in her tip hat.

So don't think you have to strip to make some money. It's all in the delivery, emotes with the customers sometimes IM conversations with the customer. If you think you can get up on the pole and just run the std pole dance scripts for two hours and make money don't even bother, it's not happening!

The one thing you can do is go around to the clubs and look for a application to fill out. If you cant find one in the club then IM one of the dancers or the manger of they are available. Also if you are not into stripping at all, which is what I gather from your post go to the search function and "uncheck" the mature content box and do a search for night clubs in the PG sims.
