In case you don't know me, I'm Lizard Howl. Pleased to meet you. My wife Hottie Something and I have a little land business we call Segarra Estates. Properly speaking it is Segarra Estates Virtual Real Estate LLC, but that's kind of long don't you think?
Anyways. We started this business a little over two years ago, back in September of 2007 and it has been going great. Last year we grew from 20 sims to over 60 sims and brought in total revnues of over $200,000 USD. Yay!
We are still going, and still growing, and that's where you come in.
Our goal for this year is to get up past 100 sims!
In order to do that we need your help.
Running an Estate like this one is not the same as managing 2 or 3 sims. We have hundreds of residents, over a hundred tier boxes to manage, tier to collect, sims to sell, parcels to sell, people to keep happy, whew I'm getting tired just thinking about it all!
We usually think of our positions in terms of Estate Management and Realtors, but you know what, it really doesn't matter. The bottom line is we need new people on our Team to help us grow!

I understand that what we do is not for everyone. We have a very particular way of doing business, we take very good care of our people, and they take care of us too.
I do have to warn you that my wife says I am a mean boss! I don't think that's necessarily true, but it is fair to say I'm demanding. This business is our primary source of income and we need it to thrive.
