You might want to explain what you do or why someone might need your services.

On first read, I though you were hiring yourself out as a Public Address system.
On second read, I though you thought you were the US Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
I'm pretty sure your strength isn't in public relations, so I'm guessing you do accountancy.

actually public relations is a strength of mine, however advertising is not, i am a good buffer for problems in that i can deal with alot, preventing the need for you to worry about them, also i am good at organising schedules and arranging for jobs to be done

No, I wasn't and still can only guess as the OP only hinted at an answer.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PA is a pretty long list and it doesn't even list "Public Accountant" which I genuinely thought it was. I'm going with "Personal Assistant with Poor Communication Skills" at this point.
