Advice needed on collissions?

Hiya..

I am just trying to get some advice... i have been told by the sim estate i have land with that i have prims causing collissions, he returned a few of these prims (about 20) and they are well, prims, nothing more to it, 10x10 simple prims... no script nothing... Is this possible? i was always aware that mega prims, or scripted can cause collission problems, but never knew a plain prim could...

Would appreciate some ideas
