Job requirements are as followed , basic sl knowledge, how to use the program, being able to talk to ppl, no shy ppl need apply, take direction well and manage multiple ppl and tasks at the same time. Not be a hot head, not have a newb avatar. Basically monitor the sim and host poker tournaments and greet ppl as they enter. basically it is really simple, i will work with you and help you out, as for a resident with less than a month in the program i may work with if u have a microphone.
