---Any perspective DJs should be comfortable working the mic as we like you to help promote the event and keep the flow going as well. Anyone can stream a set of tunes, we want you to bring your style and personality, don't be afraid to put your own twist on things.
---As for Hosts/Hostesses, we need people who are not only open minded and outgoing, but aren't afraid to take charge and get things flowing if they are a bit slow, DJs can't do all the work!
---Dancers should be fun and interactive. Nothings says LAME like someone who hops on a pole and goes quiet. Get in there and get the crowd involved and don't be afraid to be dirty! Dirty is good, dirty is fun and dirty is damn near expected!!
WARNING: We generally don't hire people who are in their first couple of days of SL or people with their noob hair/skin/clothes. If you still have your noobie body and hair, make yourself more presentable with good hair, skin and clothing before you interview with us. We prefer applicants with more extreme looks ie: Punks, Cyberpunks,Goths, Steampunks,Nekos, Ravers, ect, but will consider most everyone. Our reglulars lean more towards Gothic, Dance, Emo, Industrial, Punk, Hardcore and Electronic, so if you play mostly Metal, Pop or Country, you probably wouldn't do well here.
