Custom Spanish Tile Roof Texture needed

I need a 256x256 texture of a Spanish Tile Roof. The texture should have about 4 tiles (or maybe even 16) on it and most important, the tiles need to be an off-white to white color so that different colors may be applied! The texture must be with full permissions as it will be used on my designs. The texture will not be distributed with the build but its UUID will be called by a menu driven application.
