Some of the steps in the closing procedure include:
- Filling out a closing form with info about the land and the new resident
- Updating our land list to remove the land from the market.
- Updating our owner registry with the new owner's information.
- Explaining to the new resident how to submit a ticket from our website to get assistance from our support department.
- Explain how ticket escalation works.
- Go over our covenant for the land the prospective resident wants and answer any questions they may have about it.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Other duties/tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum in-world experience of 6 months.
- SL Real Estate experience required.
- Must already spend a lot of time in SL mainly from 12:00am SLT to after 7:00am SLT and be able to spend some of that time to go on customer landings.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Abilitity to work as a team as well as follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Voice capable (and be willing to use voice) since there are times when a customer might prefer voice over text.
- Must have or create a GMail account. We use Google for our documents and also to communicate with eachother.
