Wanted - Business Advisor (or maybe advisors)

Morning all...

A quick brief:

I co-own and run an SL Nightclub. I suppose in reality, we're a normal sort of SL club - we have dancers who strip for L$, we have live events daily with live DJs (mostly me and my co-owner) and we have a few camping pads to hold traffic... That's the reality..
Our dream is not wanting to be "normal" anymore... We want to be super, great, amazing even - lol... So, here's where you might come in...

We are looking for a kind of "SL advisor" to see how far we can push towards the dream. Marketing and advertising advice of course will be needed, but the total experience for regular and new guests is the most important thing. Payment for your services will be made of course, and I'll be happy to negotiate a fair rate with you!
