Hosts, Djs , Security and more needed.

I've created a club called Shinsengumi HQ. It's a japanese culture/history/anime/manga based club with a gallery and shop on the upper level. It's not taking off probably because my building isn't that great looking, and my design (interior) skills are lacking.

I don't have much lindens coming in, and it's running towards christmas and my RL funds aren't going to be as high as i thought. (Ie: I've spent at least 50 US dollars on getting this place up and running and i'm spending more to renew land, and streams just to keep this place going)

So i need volunteers who can either get paid by a combination or either/or of tips and / or tshirt requests. (I used to run and still sort of do Teeshirt City, which was a not so succesful tshirt shop that i put in several malls over time... just never had enough money to advertise and get it out in the open.)

The positions i'm looking for with this are the following
Management
Security
Hosts
Djs
Planning Staff


This is so that in the future when we can make enough money to pay staff and get enough lindens to make this place better and nicer looking. (It's evidently big enough now, but i swear it's just ... not nice enough looking!)

So if anyone can help me, this is a great opportunity to keep the anime niche alive and kicking even if it's small. I've heard people complain that jmusic should not be shared, but if it's already on the US market why not blow it out in the open and share it?

Yep can you pass me an ingame CV , if you dont have much experience just detail kinda why you'd want to come on board . And note that you're not expecting much on the payment end until the place runs fully.
