Position: RDM, Research & Development Manager @ F.E. Energy Project
Part time: 8+ hours per week
Pay: base 1500L$ per week + ( 30,000L$ potential pay per assigned contract staff management )

Job Description: The RDM at our company will be communicating with various people from multiple organizations. Seeking to establish open lines of communication and promoting collaboration. Aside from external communications, the RDM will be responsible for hiring/firing of secondary staff, and their management.

- Be regularly available to relay executive project decisions to technicians.

I wanted to give everyone an update to our current hiring status, in regards to a few questions and comments about our position.

We are currently still considering applications, due to the volume of applicants please allow 48 hours before expecting a response. We have sucessfully recieved over 100 resumes @ our request.

Today we did have a situation in which the person felt the need to question why they should have to provide the additional information of a resume in assisting us to determine those we interview.

With all kindness please understand if you aren't willing to participate in the process, you don't qualify for the job. If you find this offenseful then please keep in mind many other jobs, groups and volunteer activities require the same pre enrollment participation and we are no exception.
