Looking for work

I'm a long time member of the SL community but I have been away for a few months due to health reasons.It seems that all my old contacts have just up and disappeared and I need something to keep myself busy and earn a few $L.

I am an acomplished builder as far as anything home related goes,I have built houses freehand and from RL blueprints,cabinets,decks,docks,shopping malls,both strip and full size.Texturing is also something that I am very good at and picky about.

I have also worked at land forming and shaping.

As a side line I was a real estate salesman for 6 months and have sold/rented 3 complete sims for an old contact.

I have managed a childrens mall for a friend during which time I tripled the amount of rented spaces.(unfortunatly I see during my absence that the mall has now closed)

So to wind this up I am looking for a challange and something to keep me busy.

I am willing to start on a trial basis and/or piecework
