We are EXPANDING & seeking DJs with 2 hour sets. We are all about ROCK MUSIC - Every Rock Genre you can imagine !!
We've revamped our lineup, increased available hours and are recruiting top DJ's, who create *their* shows their way. We are seeking EXPERIENCED DJs only. This is the venue to perfect and experiment with your craft because we allow for original creativity. Most of our DJ are sponsored and we are seeking two sponsors per show per DJ.
We are highly organized, professionally operated and are very committed.
The Riff rock Club has a weekly syndicated talk show. We are soon to be Fully SYNDICATED. Yes, all our shows will be live on the radio. We will also feature live request on air. Come join the most innovative club on SL.
The SIM has lots of vendors (increasing everyday). The Riff Rock Club is on a well situated mature mainland sim with the theme of old Chicago. We are very supportive & dedicated to our staff, our sim and The Riff rock Club - The Temple of Rock.

The Riff, DJ Criteria for auditions:
DJs are expected to:
Have their own software as well as hardware and music to support their sets
Have the technical knowledge on hooking up and diagnosing a stream
Handle music request / download music as requested
Have / use a mic and a show personality
Speak well (clearly) and promote a sponsor (when needed)
Engage their audience, be creative and not depend on profanity to carry a show.
Be reliable and accountable as well as displaying a professional attitude and positive behavior 100% of the time.
If you are interested in an audition or having us hear your show, please send a note card to include your resume to either Aurora Losangeles or Ravin Slade. After submitting your resume and not having heard from us after a week, please contact SamanthaS Nightfire
Your resume, (Note Card File) should include your Name (first & last), Riff DJ Auditions and the date.
Please include a list of clubs you've worked or are currently working.
Either request an audition or include info on a time/place where we can hear you or we will audition you at our club during a live show.
