Dance Island is proud to announce...our new skymall! Our skymall is an huge elegant building, custom, based off of skimi's East End One Megastore. Our mall has 3 floors and a studio on the roof. In the studio we have a games room/lucky chairs/ and camping to draw even more traffic then our normal daily 86,000-95,000. We have 21 spots currently available. Please contact KYRONAMI HAX

***Pricing***

Prices are PER prim. You can have any numbers of prims in a shop. Just contact me for a custom rental space. Shops are commission free - You keep 100% of the profit from items you sell.

30-55 - L10$ a prim
56-75 - L9$ a prim
76+ - L8$ a prim

All prices are in Linden dollars and are per week.

Examples:

30 Prim shop - L300$ a week
60 Prim Shop - L540$ a week
80 Prim shop - L640$ a week

***Terms***

By paying the Auto-Lease the vendor agrees to be bound
by the following terms and conditions.

Note that these are mostly common sense and fair terms, but
unfortunately need to be spelled-out for some people.

1) The primitive limits as specified by the auto-lease will be observed.
(touch the Auto-Lease to see the leasing price, prim limits etc.)

2) If the rules specify a group to be used, all primitives should
be set to the group within a reasonable time after the vendor
is invited into the group.

3) The clear boundaries of the rental space shall be observed.
That is, no primitives shall grossly protrude through the floor, walls,
roof or into the walkway/flyway spaces. This also applies to particles.

4) No scripts causing excessive load on the sim are allowed (typical
vending machines and sensing devices etc. are fine).

Failure to meet these terms will be judged by the owner. If a vendor
is judged to be in breech, they will be notified by the owner of the
problem and given a reasonable time to respond and rectify the problem.

Failure to meet these terms within an acceptable time period will
result in termination of this agreement and no refund of rent already paid.

No Not really. An employee is someone that you are paying or giving tips to by them working in your establishment. Not someone that is paying you lol.
