Seeking 5 full permission traditional style homes.

These homes will be used on parcels and set to MOD/TRANSFER. They will not be copyable by the new owners. Willing to pay L$5000 to L$15000 for each home depending on the quality and features. The homes will not be resold unless sold as a part of a parcel.

Should be between 200 and 900 prims
