Madsen Consulting is an internet consulting firm that handles internet accounts for a major automotive group. Our facilities officially open on 03/29/08, and will initially consist of 4 virtual automobile dealerships and a garage that is home to MAS racing, a SLascar team. Other dealers will be coming onboard soon, and we are undergoing rapid expansion. We are currently looking for the following position:
Virtual Receptionist/lot attendant- This is an hourly paid position with a scheduled work shift. Applicants must be able to commit to an agreed time slot and maintain consistant attendance and performance. We are an EOE employer. All nationalities are encouraged to apply and bilingual is a plus, but the job is an English speaking position. Must have professional avatar appearance and attitude, and be able to perform the following duties:
* Use and respond to notification devices to locate and greet visitors to the facility.
* Conduct tours and answer basic questions. Able to accurately refer specific requests to appropriate departments or personnel.
* Pass out SLascar race schedules and apparel.
* Demonstrate and sell SL cars at the virtual dealers, and take orders for custom vehicles.
* Answer basic questions about RL dealer inventory and refer potential customers to appropriate personnel.
* Have general knowledge of and an interest in cars and racing.
* Promote and represent our Rl and sponsors and services.
