Extremely knowledgeable in just about all areas of SL, they will share and show you anything you need to help out anyone that needs it. No only have they been around Second Life for a great many years, they also work hand in hand with Linden Labs making this life the best it can be.

** BASIC CRITERIA **
60 days or older
Payment info on file
Adult Verified
Use SL Viewer or Emerald Viewer – No other viewers
up to Three SL groups open
Have extended SL knowledge
IE: Resize objects, how to rezz, TP, IMs, texture, basic building, land knowledge, activating scripts, etc.
Understanding of Search, groups, finding a job, adding $L, changing group tags….
Never banned in Regent Estates
Good standing with SL
Speak and type English well
Second language a plus
Easy going, mature person
Handle high stress well and calmly
Tolerant of all people and races, including, but not limited to, child avis, furries, lifestyles and gender.
Willing to help answer all questions, especially from new residents
** DUTIES **
Use forums for questions and help
Monitor 6000+ group for questions and needs
Sign a Non-disclosure agreement with Regent Estates
Call for back up with griefers
File abuse reports
Willing to ask for help for anything they don't know or understand
Refrain from any negativity in groups, public chat, IMs or forums
Wear a Regent Mentor tag when on duty or answering questions
Log all chat and IMs
Offer assistance to all residents and anyone with questions ( Especially New people )
Including LMs to sims where they can find freebies, clubs, classes, info HUB
Spend one hour a week in NYC and one hour a week in MotorWorld assisting new residents or people with questions. More time is encouraged.

Ability to work under multiple managers
Attend at least one staff meeting a month
Never discuss clients or other residents with anyone except staff or mentors , and only in private-never in open chat.
Any perceived negativity will result in dismissal from the Mentor group
Read, understand and agree to all Regent Covenants
Speak in full sentences, not use TXT type. IE: Say “How are you?” Not “Hw R U?”
Bans or warnings incurred by you will result in dismissal from the Mentor group
Maintain high level of respect for all residents in Second Life, from the top of the oldest of residents to the person fresh off Help Island.
Be able to refer people to the Regent website, forums and SL wiki as needed.
Must have a pick in your profile stating you are a Regent Mentor (MotorWorld or NYC is the base)
This is a volunteer position.
