The SOHO CINEMA, adult land and the group "friends of soho" is for sale !
Established in 2007 and peaked at 15k traffic daily in 2008 I am forced to pass on this popular cinema business due to RL commitments.
The revenue at the cinema is from lucrative ad-boards that can command up to L$250 weekly each and a escort lounge has been part of the cinema for the last year or so.
The group of over 350 people is used to generate custom for the boards and visitors for the cinema.
Unfortunately I have no time to kick start the business after the move to the adult continent and losing a very good hostess but with a little commitment the cinema can run at full steam and continue to grow.
The deal comes with a well placed 3584m parcel of land protected on a crossroads protected on two sides by Linden roads in the new adult continent
