Skilled artist and builder needed

Hi,

I'm looking to hire a builder and an artist. What I'm looking for is to have
a rental building built. Some kind of complex style made, this would be
of a tower as each floor would be rented monthly.

I want this to be some type of community place to hang for homeowners or shopkeepers. The main floor would be the mall for rental shops.

For this project I plan to have my own land, which I will be buying soon!
I'm thinking a 1,000 land mass should be good for starters. As I plan to rent out
Empty land as well.

I have other projects in mind but some of those can wait.


Willing to pay good L$ for jobs well done!

Hey everyone,

This is just an update on my plans here,

For starters when I said 1,000 of land. Please forgive me as I meant to say I want to own that amount of land. The building it's self that I was thinking of would be alot more reasonable.

I'm new here at learning to build stuff but I am learning at a good rate.
I do have some great ideas as such but I'm still working on some things.

New type of Car

A flying automobile Car / Shuttle.
Able to travel at top speeds!

Three travel options:
1. Four wheel travel.
2. Air travel.
3 Sub water travel.

Controled by the arrows keys on your keyboard.
Made to look like a car, boat, shuttle. But able to convert it's
self for that use. I want to give this product a year 3000 look!

"Buildings"

Five storie appt complex.

Main floor: Vender mall (Holding 15 venders).
Main floor: Added on 2ed room (Mature night club).
