I am now seeking applicants for the following position:
Assistant: Duties include attracting new tenants, providing assistance with advertising ideas, and implementing advertising programs.
Pay: Referral with bonuses. Referral commissions are based on land size, as described below. They are paid out at time of tenant residency. Bonuses can be provided for effective advertising, and paid monthly at owner's discretion.
Requirements:
- minimum 90 days in SL.
- familiar with land rentals a plus
- knowledge of group tagging (i.e. knows how to do it)
- knowledge of posting in forums (for placing ads)
- MUST be dependable
Referral Commissions:
L$50-600 per new tenant, depending on land size and initial timeframe.
