As you know it, RubberKittens is one of the BEST Heavy Rubber Store in Second Life. We are a serious organization and belive that the customers are very important so we need to give the best of the best to our clients. Our pride is quality so our Models needs to be the best of the best too.
✘Being a RubberKitten is not dress in pretty latex, being a RubberKitten is not being unkind and unhelpful with others, being a RubberKitten is NOT for those with closed minds.
Being an RubberKitten is NOT for everyone, we have a very strict dress code, a very strict RP behavior & a very strict way of work. If you think you can handle this, you're welcome for becomming an ✘Anspiring Rubber Doll.
BENEFITS (Pay Form of The Job):
As a proper Rubber Doll, each 20 hours that you spend in the store will be repaid with 900L in RubberKittens Creations.
As an Aspiring Rubber Doll, each 40hours that you spend in the store will be repaid with 900L in RubberKittens Creations.
As a RubberDoll, you'll be provide by a RubberDoll Uniform that you can wear in store when helping clients.
Another benefit is that if RubberKittens is invited to a Fashion Show, RubberDolls will model at it.
- Dress Code:
a) In Store: Always wear RK's outfits. You can change outfits by time to time but always must be Rubber Kittens creations.
Note: If we see you with another outfit you'll be banned with 30minutes of your "Work Time".
b) Rubber Dolls will be able to wear their uniform only when they are helping, talking and serving customers and available all the time spending there. If a RubberDoll gets away or busy, They must wear an Random RubberKittens Creation.
- Comunnication Code:
a) In any time spending in the store as a proper Rubber Doll or Aspirant Rubber Doll, you must not speak without properly manners with customers.
The best way to greet any clients must be:
"Welcome Sir _____ <-- Name of Client"
"Welcome Madame______ <--- Name of Client."
"May can i help you with something?"
"If you let me Madame/Sir, i can show you the new update of the week."
This must be the beggining of a conversation with the customers, don't be afraid of change these lines and give your own personal touch.
b) Any way of emoticons and unrespecful manner will be tolerated. Most of cases this will get you a ban or a remove of your tag, depending of the cases.
For example: "Hey! LOL Welcome to RubberMITTENS! ROLF Mister Itchy Balls! n_n! ^_^ ^w^! meoow lol"
- Work Code:
As a aspiring or proper Rubber Doll you must be kind, helpful and nice with the customers. Knowing each vendor content with help you to guide every client to their specific request. A warming smile must always slip into your mouth, also beautiful compliments words. This will help you not only making better your work, so also maybe the clients will tip you for such a warming greeting. Asking about how they are and such will be a excelent tip to make them feel great and important as they are.
REMEMBER HAPPY CLIENTS = MORE FREE OUTFITS & LINDENS.

RESTRICTIONS:
1._ Avatars must have Payment Info on File.
(With this we mean to be legal of age properly by your country laws).
2._Avatars must be at least 2 months old.

3._Avatars must have at least 2 RubberKittens outfits for starting to work.

1._ Click next to the box where it says RubberDoll, when it says"APPLICATION HERE", Fullfill the Apply Form and don't forget to put your SL Name next to the name of the notecard name, do this my editing the name, next drag and drop from your inventory to the box where you did get the apply form. At this time you must be part of RubberKittens - Update Group.
2._ Miss Luxette will IM you or send you a NOTECARD telling you when you have time to do a interview with her.
3._If you're accepted to be a Aspiring Rubber Doll. We'll change your group tag (RubberKittens - Update Group) to Aspiring Rubber Doll.
