Using my own sim as an guideline, i will be able to handle 10 complete sims for now and see how it goes.
What i offer is following and enforcing the covenant regarding any aspects stated in it
Regular sim sweeps for lag (object collisions, laggy scripts managment(aka return&inform)
End of the day sweeps to see everything is functioning ok
Support for the residents for most things and more
Support incase LL intervention is needed with tickets
Relay to you worst cases like residents problems i can`t solve, immidiate help needed from lindens to contact concirge chat etc
Immidiate respons on residents calls unless offline or temporary unavailable like afk for RL
I am online all day, the only thing i don`t do ingame is sleep
basicly, complete hands off besides financials
As i know estate financials, i will be charging a very low fee of L$1250 a week per sim!
Good help doesn`t comes cheap untill now
Something that i DO need to say upfront,
I have my own island
All land is sold and no more will be added so no competition in any way!
I am in the progress of setting up a couple of rental houses
Keeping pleasure and business seperated.
Fairness to each estate owner, what goes on for owner A stayes with owner A, i will do no spying, relaying or any other shit for different owners (do it urself or i resign)
Your island will be ran as i run my own on your terms
I will not do rental sims as i will be running my own and advertise for it, if u want me anyway, my sim handling will go down as those are a handfull to manage and my fee goes up
