The Turnbuckle offers a casual, relaxed atmosphere full of fun, laughter, good times and great tunes! All are welcome!
During the initial 60 day introduction period, Hosts will recieve 80% of their tips and Dancers will recieve 75%. After you have completed the 60 days, Hosts will then have the option based on job performance to receive L$100 per hour during events plus 80% of tips and Dancers will have the option to receive L$90 per hour during events and 75% of tips. Each event is 2 hours long. There is no limit to the number of events you work. However, events require commitment so be sure you can make it to however many are agreed upon.
The club will be open 24/7..however, events will be held only on weekends to start. If any dancer wishes to pop in at any time, she may, and pay is tips only.
I am a very generous boss and have been known to give out surprise bonuses on a regular basis!
