Do you want to be one of the co-owners? Here's what I will supply land. I will create the groups. The others can get a nice school building for 5k (5,000 Lindens). The one that provides the land obviously pays the tier and any money we raise with the school goes towards the tier and to the tuition account. So I'm looking for at least 3-4 Administrators for this new school. Once I get you all you decide what your going to do. Also we will decide or I will decide if were going to be an Elementary, High School, or an Academy. If we do really well salary will be provided.
What I'll do. I will be the one that makes sure everything is going smooth and as planned. I will also when I get a good enough job contribute to getting more things for the school, also with the tuition of the school I will be able to help the school on Land Fees. I will also be the one to make the schedules and such. I will hire, fire, and do the normal things an owner would do. I will work my hardest like any other Boss would. REMEMBER I WILL PAY TIER FEES WITH TUITION! So there is no salary it's volunteer. If you contribute to the pay of tier and getting the land then you will be an Owner of the school.
