Im Harry Quijote owner of Party Decks & More. I run a large prefab houses and deck store. Our company is becoming more and more popular in sl and to improve our name and traffic even more, i decided to open a deck bar/club with ocean view. its a very nice built open air place with dancefloor, bararea, and pool. prims left to improve the party area.
Due to time shortage, i already spend a lot with my wife and building for my store and there is rl off course, I am looking for the right person who wants to run a succesful bar/club in SL. Let me stress out the qualification I'm looking for.
- at least +/-4 months old in SL (stated in your profile)
- You have to be ambitious in SL, enjoying living in SL and willing to give it all to make a bar become a succesful one in sl.
- Experience in managing bars/clubs in SL is required.
- No escorting history
- Joyful and friendly person
- Innovative and creativity for events is required
- Ability to run (or manage to run) 4 days of events required, daily events would be prefered.
- English language required, other languages always cool.
Your tasks:
- To run a great party bar, deck-pool-beachthemed
- building staff: quality dj's, event hosts, ect.
- no camping, nudity or escorting whatsoever! it will be a normal, fun place to hang out.
- keep up the traffic by holding daily events
- spread the name 'party decks & more' in sl
- hold contests. lots of opportunities to be creative with. there is space and prims for temporarly use during events.
What do I offer:
- free bar/club area to exploit. With the restriction that I build myself and all decisions concerning decorating and changing place will need my approval. no worries, im a relaxed guy, just guarding the store image.
- All income made by the bar/club (tips, contest earnings, gits, ect..) is for you and your staff
- no worrying about costs for land, and advertising.
- finances for furniture and other needed stuff will be negotiable with me.
- depending on how well the bar/club goes, i will sponsor events off course.
