University Survey Participants Needed - Win iPod

My name is Mark Combs (QoVL Qinan - Inworld) and I am a student at the University of California Irvine and I’m working on research project to understand the health and community impacts of different forms and patterns of Internet use. As a part of this research project, I really need the the assistance of people that participate in Second Life. The survey can be filled out here:

I just took the survey, but I think I got cut off-there was a part about any clubs you belong to in RL, and I don't belong to any at all, so i couldn't tick any of those boxes and had to say "none" when it asked for names...next page i got said the survey was finished. Was this a bug or a feature?
