Wanted-Rental Property Sales Person

SkyView Home Rentals has been a successfully growing business in SecondLife since 2006.
A casual position for 3 months is now available for an experience "Rental Property Sales Person".
This position has no set hours of work as its based on commission.
Details..
* Earn 10% on every new tenants primary rent payment.
* Monthly Bonuses.
* 3 months Contract.

To qualify for this position the following would be an advantage.
* Experience in the rental industry.
* Previous work references.
* Professional business manner and appearence.
* Experience using the HippoRent System.
* An understanding of basic parcel setting and prim limits.
* Knowledge of SecondLife teleporting and finding locations.
* English and other languages.
* Supreme customer service abilities.

This position is for an experienced person. If you have no experience please dont apply. I have other ongoing business commitments and am limited in time to train new staff.

All the tools and information you need, will be available for you to help customers make an informed decission when they are looking for a property to rent.

There are many properties across 6 islands that range in prices, prims, home styles and sizes, locations and special features that suit a wide range of potential new tenants. Properties range from 900L to 2000L+ a week. Some land parcels are up to 50,000L a month.

The potential to earn a high income is just a matter of the time you wish to put into it. You will be based at the SkyView Home Rentals Display Office where there is a regular stream of customers. Your also welcome to use your own marketing abilities to attract customers.
