Club Soda is a romance/social club where people gather to listen to good music and to make new friends and have fun. We are a small, intimate club and are looking for outgoing, personable people with positive and helpful attitudes who are willing to work when scheduled and follow instructions when given.
The DJ position is a 100% tips position because you supply your own stream. Your duties require you to:
Dress in formal or theme clothing depending on the theme set for the shift.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before shift to take instruction and get ready for the shift.
Play music in the theme of the shift. The theme will be provided in advance
Have a broad spectrum of music available already in your repertoire or downloadable.
Play requests when possible.
Make frequent announcements promoting the Shops at Club Soda, the Club Soda Annex, and others. Announcements will be provided. You must have a working mic.
Mingle with the guests and conversing in text when possible.
Provide General Manager with a weekly schedule you can stick to.
Current event shifts are 10AM-1PM SLT & 6-8 PM SLT Sun-Thursday. Please apply only if you can work either or both of these shifts. Other shifts will be added in the future, but at this time we are only hiring for these hours.
