Seeking an experienced builder to develop a commercial/residential sim

I'm looking for an experienced builder to work with me on a sim design that will include both commerical and residential buildings. Please have an example of a large scale build you have completed and references. Actual build will begin in 1-2 weeks, in the meantime we can talk about the design. Thank you for all the responses from the post. After seeing so many beautiful creations and hearing wonderful ideas, I settled on a builder. (Very tough choice too!) It was awesome to meet such talented people. Thank you.
