1000 lindens per successful LAND SALE! o all our 4096sqm lots and bigger sizes! Smaller sizes the commission is the same as the weekly tier amount.
Example. You sold a 2048 sqm lot. Its weekly tier is L$750 or L$700. depending if its waterfront lot or not. You will earn a L$750 or L$700 commission!
All commissions are paid soon after the second week tier has been paid. If the tenant only pays one week at first the seller must wait until the second week has been paid.
So its good to try to get he tenants to pay 2 weeks minimum but not obligated
