Word Press Abilities Requested

I am having a hard time getting word press going on two of my sites, as Word Press has recently upgraded to 2.3 and the new version is a near-evil. As a result the sites have been scrapped.

I am looking to hire one or two people who will be able to do two things:

1) Create and enable Word Press 2.3 on one or both sites with NO glitches whatsoever.
2) Upload a specified theme for each site, and get them working also with NO glitches.

Pay is 13,ooo Lindens per site. If you feel you are competent to finish both assignments, I will give you a 2,ooo L$ bonus for each site, bringing the total pay to 30,ooo L$ to be given upon COMPLETION and TOTAL installation of both Word Press and specified themes on both sites. Complete and total = no glitches whatsoever. Both sites should be smooth like butter.

You will be given complete access to both sites with passwords/logins ftp connections, etc. You will be allowed a time table of one month or 30 days. If you near completion and need more time, you are allowed that providing end will be in sight.

You will not be allowed to discuss your work with others, nor the ideas and themes, not even the domain name with others. If it is discovered you are creating intellectual infringement by reproducing the work on your own server, legal action will occur.

[answer]"If you are not well versed in Word Press and ftp, please move along. I am halfway intelligent and even I have a hard time with the new Word Press version and ftp."
