Hello everyone, I am Zain Larnia, owner and founder of ZL Systems. ZL Systems is aiming for a rebirth. It has always been a small company specializing in role play goods, but I'm aiming for it to get bigger and better., and perhaps maybe even expand outside of role play products. After a three month hiatus I have decided I want to hire a co-owner, who will also be my assistant, to help out with developing products, ideas, and the overall functions of the business. I am looking for a person who is reliable, and they will be expected to contribute ideas and aid with the development of products, keep in mind this is a long term serious commitment. People who are skilled in Second Life are the most valuable, so they will have the best chance of getting the position, the longer they've been in Second Life might also play a role in the choosing.
It is all preferable that the person getting the position live in America, or any country whos time zone isn't extremely far off. We will be working diligently on establishing the company, preparing products, preparing advertisements, until kick-off day, the grand reopening of ZL Systems. The date for kick-off day will not be made public, it will be only be known to myself and whoever is hired. These upcoming weeks up until kick-off day will be very busy, and due to constraints in my real life you will be responsible for doing a lot of this work.
There is one major goal I am setting for the rebirth of ZL Systems. The original run of the company was expensive, more expensive than a small company needed to start up. Due to this, my co-owner/assistant will be paid L$500 every two weeks until kick-off day. After that 25% to 50% of all wages earned could be sent to you. There is a section on the application for this. Really, salary is a matter which will need to be discussed in your interview. Now that all that has been said. Please complete the application below.
