T1 Radio Club Manager
OBJECTIVE
To over see the day to day operations of our 2 clubs - La Vie En Rose and T1 Radio Warehouse. To move T1 Radio forward in SL to increase thier listener base via all available opportunites that are complimentary to T1 Radio. To ensure T1 Radio is represented in a positive manner in all venues, with employees and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated ability to manage hosts and handle patron concerns / issues. A creatitive view on event planning. Ability to multi-task. Time to dedicate to your position. A minumum of 3 months of active time in SL preferred.
HOURS
Hours vary depending upon T1 Radio scheduling (to be discussed with you at interview).
Ideal candidate would be available 1pm - 8pm SLT weekdays (Mon thru Friday).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Below is a general outline of minimum responsibilites.
Details will be discussed during the interviews.
* Managing T1 Hosts with regards to scheduling, payments.
* Direct Hosting of TWO events per week by yourself
* Monitoring events, regardless of the venue to ensure all is running smoothly.
* Direct supervision and working closely with the Host Manager in sharing of host /
venue supervision.
* Direct contact with the T1 Radio DJ's to ensure all is set for thier show
* Ensuring Club Events are posted 24 hours prior to the event
* Conduct monthly Host meetings
COMPENSATION
Monthly salary (to be discussed), supplemented by Hosting shifts.
Bonus incentitive (to be discussed)
