Help wanted/buying and installing 'gadgets'

I would like some 'Gadgets' But when I look through SL exchange I'm overwhelmed, and the explanations on how to set it up scares me, I don't know anything that technical. I don't need anything fancy, just real simple for now...... * Teleport someone upstairs/downstairs, like an elevator..... A "owner is not online, click to leave them a message" gadget Click to email owner something that lets me know when someone comes to center, mabye says hi to them.............gives them some direction..... Anyone know of someone that can sell these products to me AND set them up for me???
