Dancer: You keep 90% tips, you must be able to attend at least 3 events per week. If not, do not waste our time and applying. Once hired, if you can not make at least 3 events for that week, please let management know. We use the 3 strikes your out rule.

Host: You keep 80% tips with 500L weekly pay. You must be able to host at least 2 events a week.
We use the 3 strikes your out rule.

Before I waste either of ours time, can you tell me and maybe others a little bit about your club. What style of DJ you may be looking for? What genre, era or style of music you are looking for? Do you want DJ's who interact with the crowd and therefor don't need a host, or do you just want someone to spin tunes? Any info would be helpful.
