The job is basically glorified camping. You will be paid to stand on a pose stand, and you can do this when you are normally idle within SL - ie, while you are afk.
I am an artist an do primarily homoerotic art. Being a model for The Penguin Bar means being a "living" depiction of the sort of man portrayed in my art: tall, muscular, preferably hairy. In short, very masculine in appearance.
Since I am asking for a specific look, I will also be paying more than regular camping does. This is not "open camping", available to anyone - there are requirements that you must meet in order to be hired.

1. Physical
Your avatar appearance must fit with the general look of the men in my artwork:
- above average height;
- muscular build, preferably with a narrow waist;
- skin tone doesn't matter much, though darker is better and very pale or goth will not work;
- Body hair is a HUGE plus;
- Piercings (nipples and genitals only) and tattoos are also welcome, though the tattoos will need to approved by me, again to ensure that they fit with the style of my work;
- hair style can be short or long, but not punk or goth. Again, it must fit the style of my work.
- Genital skin tone must match that of the body, as closely as is possible.
- Non-human, fantasy avatars might be acceptable; I will review on a case by case basis. But the overall form should be human-like, anthro.
2. Clothing
You will be expected to model nude or nearly nude. The upper body must be totally bare or at most, you can wear something along the lines of a chest harness. On the lower body, any clothing should be fantasy inspired, if possible. Contemporary is acceptable, but again, goth, punk and the like are not. Jeans or leather pants are ok; a thong, jock or loin cloth is better. The slogan is "The Male Body as Art", so the more that is shown, the better. However, strive for "sexy", not "raunchy", and "masculine/butch" over exotic and feminine.
