The Cove is hiring!

The Cove, a beautiful PG sim, is now hiring for the following
positions: Trainer/Teachers, and Hosts.
The Cove is looking for those who are interested in training
or teaching others about real-life subjects or teaching new
skills in SL. We also need those interested in trivia events and
starting discussion or support groups.

The pay is 150L per event hour for two hours a week.

Salary+tips or just the salary?
And what sort of themes?

Thanks for responding Syndel...the pay is salary minus any tips. The themes are fairly open at this point.

Actually it's salary (L$150 per hour) + 100% of tips at this point.

Themes are anything that you have experience or a special interest in. You suggest what you would like to offer, so it is up to your very own imagination! We can make suggestions of course.

Running a support group at least requires some degree of RL experience in the chosen topic. So if you want to create a support group for parents raising a handicapped child, you should have experience with handicapped children.

Discussion groups require that you know a fair bit about the topic to discuss. This can be anything from movies to music, gossip, health related subjects and even politics. The more "dangerous" the topic, the better your communication and conciliation skills should be. You will need to keep focused on the topic, guide people, moderate so that not everyone chats at once etc. It can be quite demanding.
