Hey there and thanks for taking a look at this post! AtomicPink is a First Life web and graphic firm has expanded into Second Life, offering discounted and specialized design packages for SL businesses. We're looking to hire several sales gurus and inworld liaisons to help us spread the word!
Skills Required:
You should have some good sales experience or customer service experience and be available inworld to help us with our clients. You should know a bit about the design/branding/graphics industry but even if you don't, we can help you get started.
You should have above average typing and communication skills; we like having professional contact with the business we help grow.
You should have an SL account over 3 months old.
Responsibilities:
Sales gurus will be responsible for spreading the word about AtomicPink's services and getting some extra work in the door. Liaisons will be responsible for caring for our clients, answering questions, and general customer service.
Compensation:
Sales gurus will be paid on commission along with a bi-weekly salary. How much depends on how experience you have, but the base commission is 15% on all sold and 500 L$ per week. More experienced sales gurus could make as much as 50% commission and 2000 L$ per week or more.
Liaisons will make a weekly salary depending on their level of experience. Beginners will start at 1000 L$ per week, where more experienced folk can make around 5000 L$ per week or more. Liaisons can also work sales, should they choose, and make extra.
All new employees will begin getting their salary 2 weeks after beginning work but all commissioned income will be paid when the sale closes.
