I am creating an island with architecture reflecting the poorer regions of Chicago and am in need of some buildings to populate the streets. The buildings will only be used as exterior faces, so please do not spend a lot (or any) time on the interior. I would like the buildings to be fairly low prim so this will essentially be a texturing job for the most part.

I am willing to pay 50 to 100 US dollars per building.

The buildings that I am looking for are as follows:
Apartment Building
Auto Repair Facility
Barber Shop
Basketball Court
Cash Advance Building
Church (Baptist)
Convenience Store
Fast Food Restaurant w/ Drive Thru Sign
Park
Shabby Residence (must be mod/copy)
Decrepit Residence (must be mod/copy)
Condemnable Residence (must be mod/copy)
Tavern

I will also pay for some objects (must be mod/copy or copy enabled)
Street Light
Stop Sign
Mail Box (big blue one)
Street Lamps (do not need light script)
Beat up Cars (please do not add scripts)
