(Reason for not Working Only For Tips):
-Say one Dj's for 2 Hours, and Tips is not a Stable Pay, You can get lucky and get Tipped well 1 day and Horrible the Next.
-By Paying The Dj, It give me more Initiative to try Harder and Pump up the Club even more.
Just a FEW reasons why I wont work only for tips.

Looking for a PROFFESSIONAL Club to work in. Was Hired in a CLUB (Not naming the name of the Club). It was poorly ran, No one wanted to work, and I had to pick up peoples shifts for the week I worked. Seems like no one wanted to work there so I was doing 4 hour shifts. It's fine to cover once or twice, but if it's happening everyday... Thanks but no Thanks  . Still looking for a Club to work in. If you are interested in a professional DJ to work in your club. Wilfred, you were offered a job yesterday by the owner of the club i am manager of for good money plus tips and the chance of a permanent job if you done well on the first event but you didnt bother to IM back in the middle of a conversation, very rude. If you dont want a job or have issues you need to discuss it with your employer as acting the way you did will only earn you a bad rep and is unprofessional....word of mouth travels fast. |
