Hello,
I'm looking for another job so I can raise L$17000 to start my own restaurant. By no means am I expecting this to happen quickly. I'm looking for something with flexible hours and decent hourly pay.
My main expertise is cafes and restaurants but I've had minor experience in land rental, and I'm a decent builder (when it comes to skyboxes). I refuse to work in clubs, any position. I also have some experience in personal assistance.

I assume you need the 17,000L to purchase land for the restaurant?
Why not contact a mall or large store that has some extra prims available, and cut a deal with them, to put your restaurant in, so you can get started right away. You would be adding traffic to their count, and you would be adding potential customers to their stores. Would be well worth it for them to give up some space, if your restaurant is successful.
How many prims do you need for the restaurant set up?

No, the land tier will only be about L$2000. L$17000 will buy everything for me... Build, land, advertising, furniture, food system... The like.
