Unfortunately I must concur.

Second Life communicates primarily in text based conversation. Someone wanting to spend at times hundreds of USD will NOT want to speak to someone that doesn't have the decency to speak properly, not like this:

Customer: Hi there, I am looking into purchasing a sim from you today, however I am slightly unsure on pricing. Could you tell me more about this?

Spotty Sales Nerk: Yo, wassup, um yeah, well it costz lyk 25k per week if ur buyin. Jus send it to me paypal at [email]spottysalesnerk@noobs.com[/email] an ill git the sim on for ya in lyk, when I get tym k?
