My name is Okiphia Rayna (This account is an alt), and I am the owner and sole content creator at present for DemonEye Designs.
I wish to find a SIM owner, who is willing to let me build a full sim environment, with some help for various stages, over a few months. I cannot afford a sim, or even to rent one, and do not want anything more out of this than the experience and reference for my work.
I have a few design ideas, and quite a bit of a to-do list for the build.

The entire build will be completed by a very small group of trustworthy persons, or just you and me if you prefer. Nothing will be bought from an outside supplier apart from scripts and animations (If need be). All builds, textures, and scripts will be created by DemonEye Designs, unless otherwise noted in the design and you are alerted about it before hand.
I will work as closely with you as you wish, and am willing to stay on as a part time manager of the sim, offering support and diligent work. (Manager position is expected to be paid if wanted)
This build will be of very little cost to you. All I ask is that you aid in the payment of upload fees, and the sim itself.
I am willing to stalk for as much time as you wish, to prove my trustworthiness and quality as a content creator.
If at any time you feel the build is not up to expectations, I will take my leave by your command, or start anew.
I have a few designs worked out already, and am willing to create a new one to your specifications.
