BBVision Land Holdings (BLH) has been in SL since 2004. We currently manage several projects on both the mainland and estates. They include:
- Rental residential lots
- Rental residential lots w/custom built homes
- Office space
- Low and high rise condos
- Shopping plazas
- Kiosk space in various locales
We are currently looking for someone to lead our sales effort. This is AN IDEAL position for someone who is motivated, willing to go out and talk to people, is organized, and knows how to close deals.
The primary function of this position is to sell our high quality units. This is a heavily commissioned position. The more you sell the more you make. And example of this is an individual who knew someone who wanted to rent a house, got them into one of our homes and made 20% of the rental payment.
You will be required to maintain occupancy levels so this is not a position for someone who wants to make a quick buck. You should be motivated and want to be part of a management team in an ever-growing enterprise. You will be allowed hire assistants and create your own network of sales professionals to help you.
