Loking for dancers for a soon to be opened club ... The 18th Dragon Club is opening soon ... Looking to hire female dancers with good skin and preferably at least 30 days old ... Not 30 days old no problem drop by anyway and I'll make the arrangements well you have to start somewhere and I'll help you out and if you have a positive attitude I'll hire you ... Our public relations officer will be there to assist and I will assit you as well ... This applies to those that have just started out inSL and are still not not familiar with the SL controls ... Not 30 days old but are already familiar with the SL controls come over and help make the club a attractive place for us ... With experience or no experience all are welcome The club is in the final stages of being set up so feel free to stop by or IM Donly Decosta in world ... http://slurl.com/secondlife/spiazzo/122/62/26/

No offense, but having been in the 'industry' of SL as a dancer... That doesn't sound terribly attractive just by what you say...
Now for what you don't seem to say, but imply by the restrictions: 1. Being new is horrible and uninteresting to your clientelle as you discriminate against AV's younger than 30 days.. Some people can pick up a virtual world fast (I've got a good 'SL job' and over a weeks experience dancing in SL by now and I've only been active in SL something like 3 weeks) and some are horribly slow (I had a guy nearly 2 months old ask me a question, but when I replied in IM he kept nagging me about not answering him)... How about hiring by ability...? 2. This is an adult venture there is almost no reason otherwise that a free account with no credit transactions would not be a good choice...
Course it's up to you how you chose to hire, but I felt a need to comment...

It seems that uve have got the wrong idea I did say that avatears that are least than 30 days old are welcome to apply ... Sorry If I got the message across wronly but I not the type that discriminates ... Ive been a newbie nyself I I know how it feels ... I do know of avators that that Ive tlaked that has been around for a lond time that seems to act as though they own the world ... The reason that I said must have payment info on file so that I get some sort of asurance that they are at least 18 years and above of age in rl .. You must unsterdand that I'm a straightforward guy and I don't like making empty promises ... by the way your comments are always welcome feel free to contact me inworld by the way as I'm the sort that appreciates suggestions and comments ... Hope that clears the air ... as you said being new is horrible and thats where I can try to help them as long as they have a positive attitude ... Foryour information I used to control a few clubs in RL and I know how though it is ... Your comments are always appreicated ... IM me and maybe we could share some pointers ..

oh I see you have no payment info on file .. No worries give me a IM .. Believe me I'm a good judge of character ... Hope to hear from you ... And as for all others that have read the above comments I did say avatars that are least than 30 days old are welcome just have to have some sort of interview ... Avatars that have no payment info on file I'll have to ask a few questions but nothing that will invade your privacy hope that clears the air
