Builder Needed Asap, Must Be Experienced

Hi all, im looking for a good builder, must be very high skilled and have alot of experience. Initially I want a full permisions build doing which is very small and detailed, this is a project by project role and you would be paid per project.

Should you do a good job on the first project you will be offered many more in the future and this position would moove onto many more,

You must be:
1. High skilled at building
2. Be fine with creating full permisions items for me
3. Have a nice working attitude and be able to delivery to tight deadlines
4. Be reasonably priced although we are offering fair amounts per project
