Build the new Rave Nation building, please!

I'm looking for talented builder/s that would like to rebuild my store and club.

I'm only looking for someone who has alot of talent and creativity. I can build decently myself, so I do have semi high expectations on quality.
Examples:
*No glitchy edges, ever, for any reason - I'm a real ass about this one, it's a huge one to me. All it takes is a bit of counting if and typing in a few numbers to get it perfect, so take advantage of your education and use it!
*No freebie textures -They are all over SL, and if I were looking for run of the mill, I wouldn't be seeking a builder here.
*Building a perfect square building with a cool entry will not cut it. -If I wanted that, I would do it myself.
*Prim detail is always, always better than texture detail. -If you like freedom with prims, this is for you. If you don't know what I mean, don't bother contacting me.
*It must be a completely new build. I don't want some building you've been selling for months, and I don't want a building you intend to sell after giving it to me. I am looking for something unique and one of a kind.

So, as I said, I'm not looking for much, just a bit of talent! I must be able to see examples of your work. MOST of the time, textures are not going to cut it. A build can look much different in person than it does in a texture. If you don't have your builds rezzed or rezzable by me at my leisure, send me a folder with your textures in it and we will schedule a time you can come by and rez them at my island.
