I need a product designer for my products on my RL site. I would like to duplicate them and sell them in SL. Eventually i will want to allow people to click and see the RL product as well but that is something over and above the scope of this.
I would like to have the ability to personalize the items as well

What type of products do you sell? There's a big difference, let's say between jewelry, clothing, buildings, scripted objects, etc.

I sell mostly personalized party favors and gifts online. I would like to sell them in SL for SL weddings and parties etc.. And eventually allow people to click from within SL and view/purchase the item online. I had someone working on this and then they left SL

You can always take photos of your wares and import the pictures as textures to promote the RL side of things.
